French communications, data and marketing company DEKUPLE Group has entered the Middle East market through a new venture, Das Kapital Dekuple Group, established in partnership with industry veterans Hubert Boulos and Ramsey Naja.
The new communications consulting agency, based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, will be 51 per cent owned by DEKUPLE Group and aims to support brands across the Middle East. The company plans to gradually expand its presence across major Gulf markets.
The move marks the latest step in DEKUPLE’s international growth strategy. The group already has operations across Europe, North America and China and said the Middle East expansion will help it serve both international clients and regional businesses.
Commenting on the partnership, Bertrand Laurioz, Chairman and CEO of DEKUPLE Group, said:
“Welcoming new entrepreneurs into the Group is always a long-term process and marks the beginning of a shared entrepreneurial journey built on trust and sustained growth ambitions. Despite a challenging geopolitical environment in the Middle East throughout 2026, we continued the discussions and projects initiated with Hubert Boulos and Ramsey Naja prior to recent events. We remain confident in the long-term growth potential of several emerging markets across the region.”
He added: “Our strengths lie in the consistency of our strategy, our technological leadership, and our ability to connect our various areas of expertise to deliver a unique performance-driven offering. We believe these capabilities will be particularly valuable in shaping the Middle East of tomorrow.”
Laurioz said the expansion aligns with the group’s long-term objective of reaching €400 million in revenue by 2030, with 30 per cent of revenue and headcount generated internationally.
According to the company, the new venture will combine DEKUPLE’s data, technology and artificial intelligence capabilities with Das Kapital’s advertising expertise and regional market knowledge. DEKUPLE reported a 50 per cent increase in business activity outside France during the first quarter of 2026.
Das Kapital Dekuple Group already works with several international brands in sectors such as FMCG and banking. The agency’s founders have been involved in projects including Pepsi’s “What The Cup” campaign across Asia and the Middle East, the regional relaunch of Wendy’s, and consulting assignments for CMA CGM, DKNY and Doha Bank.
Hubert Boulos, Co-Founder of Das Kapital, said: “Marketing and communications are undergoing a profound transformation accelerated by artificial intelligence. Ramsey and I bring decades of strategic and creative experience, together with a strong reputation across the Middle East.”
He added: “Joining DEKUPLE Group enables us to accelerate our development, reach a new technological milestone, and gain access to a broad range of complementary capabilities. The Group offers a powerful ecosystem of growth-driving expertise—including influencer marketing, SEO, GEO, link building, consumer insights, media, automation, social media and local marketing—as well as proprietary solutions that are leaders in their respective markets.”
Boulos said the partnership would help the agency evolve into a next-generation marketing and communications company capable of supporting brands in an increasingly technology-driven environment.
Ramsey Naja, Co-Founder of Das Kapital, highlighted the region’s resilience, saying: “The strength of this region lies in its remarkable capacity to adapt. Gulf countries have navigated recent crises—from the Global Financial Crisis and the Arab Spring to the COVID pandemic—and have consistently emerged stronger. I believe this resilience will once again prove decisive in the very near future.”
Founded in 1972, DEKUPLE Group employs around 1,200 people and serves more than 750 large corporations and mid-sized companies worldwide. The company is listed on Euronext Paris.
