Omnicom Media has officially launched Hearts United in MENA, combining its Hearts & Science and Mediahub networks into a new 40-market media agency. Hearts United debuts as a leader in new business, outperforming its competitors globally and in EMEA, giving agencies, marketers and brand leaders a new global network to watch as media consolidation continues.

In MENA, Hearts & Science offices are now operating as Hearts United, led by Dana Sarkis, current Managing Director of Hearts & Science, who will continue reporting to Elda Choucair, CEO of Omnicom Media MENA.

The combined agency represents roughly $9.1 billion in 2025 billings. Between 2021 and 2025, Hearts & Science grew billings 50%, while Mediahub grew 33%, and that momentum has carried into 2026. Hearts United now ranks #1 in the US year-to-date for new business with $294 million (wins minus losses, including retentions), and #3 globally and in EMEA with $567 million and $242 million respectively, per COMvergence.

“Hearts & Science helped pioneer data-driven decision-making, while Mediahub broke new ground by proving media could serve as a creative platform,” said Omnicom Media global CEO Florian Adamski. “In bringing them together as Hearts United, we have created a new globally scaled network built from complementary strengths, approaches and footprints, and grounded in the shared principle of putting client growth at the heart of every decision.”

Dana Sarkis, Managing Director of Hearts United MENA, said: “For our clients in MENA, Hearts United represents an evolution of the agency they already know, with the same commitment to their businesses and the strength of our existing teams, now connected to an even broader global network. It gives us an opportunity to build on what Hearts & Science has established in the region while renewing our proposition around how brands create growth in a world where people, technology and influence are constantly moving.”

The agency is built around four principles: an outcomes-oriented commercial model tied to client growth, AI embedded across workflows and planning, holistic “ecosystem” planning across platforms and commerce, and focused, senior-led teams.

Like its sibling Omnicom Media agencies OMD, Initiative, PHD and UM, Hearts United will leverage the singular advantages and assets of the world’s largest global media network in scale, data & technology, identity, commerce capabilities, and talent to deliver disproportionate growth for its clients.

Hearts United will be led in EMEA by Ross Jenkins, who previously ran Mediahub across the region and is credited with expanding its footprint, growth and client roster there.

The launch comes as Omnicom Media posts the best 2026 YTD new business performance among global media groups, including $4.1 billion in new client billings, with recent wins including Adidas, Delta, Dyson, IBM, Mark Anthony Brands, Novo Nordisk, On and Subway.
