Zefr expands partner network across Türkiye, GCC and Egypt

AI-powered brand safety and suitability platform Zefr has expanded its strategic partner network across Türkiye, the GCC and Egypt through new partnerships with Black C Media and RedC Media.

Under the agreement, Black C Media will represent Zefr in Türkiye, while RedC Media will support advertisers and agencies across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Egypt.

The partnerships are designed to combine Zefr’s AI-powered content intelligence technology with the regional expertise of the two media partners, enabling advertisers and agencies to access the company’s contextual targeting, brand safety and suitability solutions for YouTube campaigns.

The expanded network will provide local sales, campaign activation and strategic support tailored to regional markets, with services available in Turkish, Arabic and English.

Zefr said the move strengthens its presence in some of the fastest-growing digital advertising markets, where brands are increasingly seeking greater control over the content environments in which their ads appear.

The company’s platform uses AI to analyse video content at the frame level, helping advertisers improve contextual targeting, enhance brand safety, measure campaign performance and optimise media buying across social platforms.

According to the company, its YouTube integration is the first third-party platform to receive Media Rating Council (MRC) accreditation for content-level brand safety and suitability labelling and reporting. The technology enables advertisers to evaluate media quality at the individual video level, helping reduce ad placements alongside unsuitable or low-quality content while improving campaign relevance and efficiency.
