Abu Dhabi-based communications agency Seven Media has appointed Jack Dignum as director, as it continues to invest in talent and expand its global footprint.
Dignum will work across the agency’s sport and corporate practices while also serving as global network manager for Seven International, its worldwide division launched with the opening of a London office last year.
The appointment comes amid a broader trend in the UAE’s professional services sector, where firms are increasing hiring and expanding operations despite global economic uncertainty.
Dignum brings more than 15 years of experience across the GCC and Europe, with a background in journalism and integrated communications. He has previously held roles at F31 and Four Communications.
A sports communications specialist, he will oversee strategic communications for key clients across Seven Media’s sports portfolio, while also contributing to lifestyle and corporate projects. In his global role, he will coordinate the Seven International network, working with teams in London to support its growth and strategic direction.
“I’m joining Seven Media at a time of strong momentum, with a clear opportunity to further strengthen its international offering,” Dignum said, adding that the UAE remains one of the most dynamic communications markets globally.
Gregg Fray, owner of Seven Media, said the hire comes at a key stage in the agency’s development.
