Publicis Media Middle East has secured the top position as the leading media group in the GCC for new business, according to the 2025 COMvergence Global New Business Barometer, which measures new business performance across the global media industry.
The report also ranked Publicis Media as the number one media group worldwide for new business in 2025, leading in both total and net new business gains, reflecting strong momentum across international markets.
At the agency level, Spark Foundry was named the top agency network in the GCC and also ranked number one by market for new business, underlining its strong regional performance.
Meanwhile, Starcom was ranked the leading media network globally and across the EMEA region, highlighting the continued strength of Publicis Media’s agency portfolio.
