Dubai Lynx has unveiled its speaker line-up for Creativity Week 2026 — a two-day content programme at Dubai Media City Courtyard on 6–7 October, staged in partnership with Dubai Media City and leading into the Dubai Lynx Awards Ceremony on 8 October at Emirates Golf Club.

The sessions tackle three big themes: creativity as a growth driver, cultural authenticity, and the AI-powered future of the industry. Rami Hmadeh, CEO, Serviceplan Group ME, opens with findings from the global CMO Barometer study, joined by Hoor Al Khaja (DTCM), John Bevan (dnata Travel Group), Paul Griffiths (Dubai Airports) and Joe Nicolas (UM Worldwide) on cultural authenticity and economic impact. Ibrahim Hasan and Kenza Nait Djoudi (McCann Content Studios), digital creator Twinkle Stanly, and Faris Sibai (Animotion Media Group) explore culturally relevant storytelling. Karim (Kaz) Yusuf and Mohamed Ghazy (Reference Studios) look at the rise of independent agencies, while Rony Skaf (TBWA/RAAD) tackles standing out in an automated, AI-driven industry. Both days close with “The Future Forecast,” five rapid-fire predictions covering everything from gaming and esports to the future of talent.

Philip Thomas, Chairman, Dubai Lynx, said: “Creativity Week is a powerful reflection of the ambition and momentum shaping MENA. This year’s program brings together influential voices from across the region and beyond to explore how creativity drives business growth, builds enduring brands and creates meaningful connections with audiences.”

Ian Fairservice, Vice Chairman, Dubai Lynx, added: “The program brings together an exceptional line-up of industry leaders to unpack the trends and challenges currently shaping the MENA region.”

Majed Al Suwaidi, Senior Vice President of Dubai Media City, Dubai Production City, and Dubai Studio City, part of TECOM Group, said: “For more than 25 years, Dubai Media City has played an instrumental role in attracting and nurturing leading media talent, contributing to the UAE’s knowledge- and innovation-based economy.”

The week also includes sessions for students and early-career talent, ahead of the Awards Ceremony on 8 October.
