Brand experience agency Collaborate Global has expanded into Abu Dhabi as it seeks to grow its Middle East and Africa business, targeting government departments, destination brands and organizations seeking to reach international audiences.
The agency said its new presence would support destination marketing, government-led campaigns, international roadshows and large-scale brand experiences, connecting regional market knowledge with its international delivery network.
Collaborate said it had an established track record of working with brands in Abu Dhabi and more than two decades of experience delivering international brand experiences through its regional team.
“What makes Abu Dhabi particularly interesting is that so many of the ideas being developed here already have international intent,” said Gregory Mardikian, general manager for the Middle East and Africa at Collaborate Global.
The agency aims to help clients develop campaigns that retain their cultural relevance while reaching audiences across markets, supported by teams in the United Kingdom, Asia and the United States, Mardikian said.
Ben McMahon, chief executive of Collaborate Global, said Abu Dhabi’s ambition, investment and international outlook made it a natural next step for the agency.
Collaborate has established operations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE and is expanding its presence across Africa. It works across brand experience, destination marketing and large-scale activations for clients in sectors including tourism, consumer goods, automotive, banking and telecommunications.
The company said its revenue had quadrupled over the past three years. It was ranked among the world’s top five experiential agencies in 2025 by The Drum.
