Post COVID-19, the world of work has changed on many fronts, including wages. Some people lost their job, others endured salary cuts. A few managed to navigate the storm without much damage.
This is why we felt there was no better time to bring back Communicate's infamous Salary Survey.
In our Q3 issue, fresh off the press, we look at what salaries are being paid to whom in the UAE and KSA communication industries. Yet, we go a step further this year, examining the distribution of these salaries, looking at bonuses and benefits, and exploring the different ways in which agencies are reconsidering their compensation models.
