Author Lisa Arthur has recently published a book titled “Big Data Marketing: Engage Your Customer More Effectively and Drive Value”, which aims to decipher the world of big data and drive richer customer engagement.
The book made its debut at DMA2013, an annual global event for data driven marketers, held in Chicago last October. It is also available on Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, among others.
Arthur is the chief marketing officer of Teradata Applications.
