Meltwater, the global media intelligence firm that offers tools for online news and social media monitoring, has now launched a mobile application. The app allows clients to monitor and access news, content and insights in real-time. The native mobile app is available for both iPhone and Android.
Users can share content via text and email from the app, and also, tag articles, share content and curate newsletters and newsfeeds.
Searches and results replicate the Meltwater platform, so users will have the same capability and data on the app as well.
Zubair Timol, area director for India, Middle East & Africa at Meltwater, says in a press statement, “With the region’s increasing smartphone and tablet penetration rates, which are among the highest in the world, the mobile app will be very useful to our clients to have quick and easy access to real-time information at the touch of a button. This will help them to make informed decisions at anytime and anywhere.”
