International broadcast consultancy, markettiers4dc, has announced the launch of its first office in the Middle East as part of its on-going expansion. The office, based in Dubai, will be offering traditional broadcast media services alongside digital solutions, including live streaming to mobile.
The press release states that “Dubai is an important focal point for global businesses and organisations, particularly for those targeting the growing UAE and African markets”.
In addition to the provision of broadcast media relations and consultancy, markettiers4dc’s Dubai office will be serving the growing demand for mobile streaming services catering for the UAE market, which has one of the most active smartphone populations in the world.
The broadcast PR consultancy has a number of existing clients operating in the region, including air navigation service provider NATS, and will be looking to build their portfolio of clients over the coming months.
markettiers4dc, which started in 1994, already has a presence in London and Manchester Media City. Howard Kosky, CEO of markettiers4dc group says in the statement: “An increasing number of our clients have been requesting broadcast support in the UAE, and whilst we have been previously serving the region through our partners network we realised there was a demand to have a permanent footprint in the area. We hope the new opening will continue to build our reputation in the communications sector as the leading broadcast PR specialists”.
Cheryl King will be leading the Dubai operation. Having previously been with markettiers4dc for nearly five years, King has returned to the agency following one year managing international clients at LEWIS PR.
