The announcement comes in line with Omnicom's operational approach - to promote collaboration while preserving the group's culture and strengths.
DDB Dubai today integrated its operations with Omnicom Group across MENA. The move backs Omnicom's operational approach, aimed at promoting collaboration among teams while preserving the unique culture and strengths of each agency.
Under the leadership of Dani Richa, Chairman & CEO of Impact BBDO and Director of the Omnicom Europe Board, DDB Dubai will maintain its distinct brand identity and continue to steer operations independently with a focus on transforming business performance for its clients. DDB will work alongside other Omnicom Group agencies such as Proximity, FleishmanHillard ME, Impact Porter Novelli, and Impact BBDO.
The integration will provide DDB clients with the opportunity to leverage a wider range of resources and specialist services within the network including Tech, PR, Digital and Social capabilities. Day-to-day operations will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity and stability for the agency’s partners, with DDB continuing to operate from the Omnicom building in Dubai Media City.
Glen Lomas, Global President & COO of DDB Worldwide, also a Director of Omnicom Europe said, “DDB Dubai will benefit from wider access to the group companies, providing greater integration and more exciting opportunities for our people to expand their skill sets. Our clients will benefit from enhanced infrastructure and opportunities such as off-shoring across the region and globally, ensuring better overall efficiency and competitiveness. We are pleased to have the opportunity to bring together these strong, culturally diverse brands that allow tailored integrated solutions.
