Communicate has announced an exciting partnership with Dubai Knowledge Park, launching a series of brunch sessions aimed at fostering intimate discussions among professionals in the marketing, advertising, creative, technology, and data sectors in the UAE. The inaugural session, titled 'HRing Room,' will take place on Wednesday, 29th November 2023.
The 'HRing Room' is set to kickstart with a deep dive into the crucial realm of talent transformation. This initiative reflects the commitment of Communicate and Dubai Knowledge Park – which alongside Dubai International Academic City makes up TECOM Group PJSC’s Education Cluster – to facilitate meaningful conversations around workplace culture, work-life balance, and other pertinent trends.

'HRing Room' – Brunch Session

The inaugural session will feature a keynote session focused on uncovering the role of leadership in learning, addressed by Ricarda Ruecker - Chief Talent Officer at MCN.
This will be followed by a panel discussion with Abdul-Rahman Risilia, Founder & CEO of ARC Talent; Lucie Blahova, Human Resources Manager at MEmob+; Bedriya Alsaeed, Employee Engagement Manager and DEI Lead at MBC Group; Sewar Azzouni, Head of Talent Transformation across Middle East & Turkey at Publicis Groupe, and Marlene Fernandes, HR Talent GoA Specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim. The discussion will delve into the role of mentoring and coaching, and the need for a learning culture in workplaces to attract and retain the best talent.
Arjun Aiyar, Trainer, Coach, and Director at StepUp Management Solutions will then host an interactive workshop to walk attendees through the various skills they need to equip themselves with to cultivate a growth mindset.
