Agency 222, the integrated advertising and communications agency, expands its sports practice with three major sports clients to support Qatar’s sporting vision.
While continuing to work with Qatar Football Association since early 2013, the agency has recently landed two new sports clients: Qatar Stars League and the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. The local agency supports Qatar Stars League with both advertising and public relations, while providing an integrated campaign for a Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy project, which is set to launch in 2015.
Hussein Fakhri, CEO of Agency 222 says in a press statement: “We’re extremely proud to be working with these sports clients in Qatar. This is further evidence that our model of blending regional and international talent to build Qatar’s first local agency group with global ambitions is absolutely on-track. Sports is an important area of development in the country and we want to help our clients achieve their objectives, while ensuring that Qatar further positions itself as a center for sports on the global stage”.
Agency 222 acts as a key strategic and creative partner, providing its clients with brand management and communication services, advertising, creative development and research to support their marketing activities in Qatar and beyond.
Established in 2011, the Qatari-owned advertising and communications agency has more than 70 staff and works with clients such as Vodafone, Al Jazeera Media Network, Qatar University and ConocoPhillips.
