The agency will steer consumer and corporate comms across the GCC as all 1,608 rooms, two executive lounges and the hotel’s F&B lineup get a top-to-bottom overhaul.
JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai has appointed Brazen MENA as its communications partner across the GCC, tasking the agency with telling the story of the most significant transformation in the hotel’s history.
The multi-phase programme will touch nearly every part of the property: all 1,608 rooms and suites redesigned, two executive lounges reimagined, and legacy restaurants and bars renovated alongside a wave of new homegrown F&B and lifestyle concepts. The hotel stays fully operational throughout, with more reveals to come.
Brazen MENA’s remit covers the full footprint — rooms and suites, restaurants, bars and lounges, wellness, meetings and events, plus the brand collaborations and cultural programming built around them. The agency leads media relations, brand partnerships and social across the region.
The scale is hard to overstate. Rising 72 storeys above Business Bay on the Dubai Water Canal, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai has anchored the city’s skyline since 2013 — 1,608 rooms and suites, a growing roster of F&B concepts, the 17-room Saray Spa with two private hammams, reformer studio BodyBase, and close to 10,000 square metres of event space across two ballrooms and 32 meeting rooms.
Karin Cohen, Multi-Property Director of Marketing, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai: “Our owners are making a significant investment across rooms, dining and the wider guest experience. Brazen MENA understands luxury in this city and knows how to sustain a story across years of change.”
Louise Jacobson, Managing Partner, Brazen MENA: “This is one of Dubai’s defining addresses, and it’s about to be transformed. A transformation on this scale is rare — we’re looking forward to bringing that ambition to a much wider audience.”
