Saudi Arabia’s AI ambitions received a major boost as HUMAIN, a Public Investment Fund-backed AI company, announced a strategic collaboration with Accenture to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption across public and private sector organizations in the Kingdom.
Announced in Riyadh on May 20, the collaboration aims to help government entities and enterprises move beyond AI pilot projects and early experimentation toward large-scale, production-ready AI systems.
The partnership combines HUMAIN’s locally operated AI infrastructure — including advanced data centers, cloud platforms, AI models and applied AI solutions — with Accenture’s global expertise in AI-led transformation and enterprise reinvention. The two companies said the collaboration would support organizations in embedding AI into core operations securely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The initiative comes at a time when many organizations worldwide are still testing AI use cases. HUMAIN and Accenture said their focus would be on operationalizing AI at scale and delivering measurable business and economic outcomes.
Under the collaboration, the two organizations will jointly design and deploy AI solutions across the full value chain, covering data governance, enterprise integration, workforce adoption and ongoing operational management.
Tareq Amin said: “Leadership in AI will be defined by the ability to operationalize the full stack, from infrastructure and compute to models and applications. HUMAIN has built that foundation. Together with Accenture, we will be enabling AI deployment at scale within critical systems, supporting organizations in moving beyond experimentation and building lasting economic and operational impact.”
Omar Boulos said: “AI is at the heart of reinvention for organizations and economies alike. By combining HUMAIN’s platform with Accenture’s reinvention capabilities supported by our forward-deployed and reinvention engineers and deep industry and functional domain experts, we are enabling clients to move from pilots to enterprise-wide transformation, delivering real and sustained value.”
The collaboration will focus on five key areas: AI reinvention services, enterprise AI architecture, workforce transformation, ecosystem activation, and digital trust. The companies said these areas are intended to support end-to-end AI transformation across industries.
Unlike conventional advisory partnerships, the HUMAIN–Accenture collaboration is designed to provide integrated execution capabilities by combining infrastructure, AI platforms and operational delivery. The companies said the model would offer organizations a flexible and scalable pathway for adopting AI in line with their long-term digital transformation goals.
