Majid Al Futtaim launches SHARE rewards program in Saudi Arabia

Majid Al Futtaim has launched its SHARE rewards program in Saudi Arabia, expanding the company’s digital commerce and loyalty ecosystem into one of the region’s largest consumer markets.

The company said SHARE allows customers to earn and redeem points across Majid Al Futtaim’s retail, entertainment and lifestyle brands through a single digital platform.

Members in Saudi Arabia will be able to use points across the company’s network in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with rewards remaining valid across markets.

SHARE members can access the platform through the mobile application, where users can earn and redeem points, receive exclusive offers and unlock personalized rewards across the group’s brands and destinations.

Program Covers More Than Sixty-Five Regional Brands

At launch, SHARE will be available across more than 65 brands and over 15 participating retail destinations in Saudi Arabia.

Participating brands include Carrefour, VOX Cinemas, Magic Planet, AllSaints, lululemon, THAT Concept Store, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister and Crate & Barrel.

Customers can use a digital SHARE ID through the app to earn points at participating locations, submit receipts from stores and restaurants across Majid Al Futtaim destinations, and access promotions tailored to their preferences.

The company said the app removes the need for a physical card by allowing users to manage points, offers and account information digitally.

Saudi Launch Adds Flexible Payment, Loyalty Features

The Saudi launch also introduces Buy Now, Pay Later payment options through Tabby.

Majid Al Futtaim said additional features planned for rollout through 2026 include raffles, tiered membership benefits, cross-market points exchange, affiliate partnerships, gift cards and a co-branded credit card.

“SHARE has evolved into far more than a rewards platform, it is our digital destination for customers, bringing together our brands, experiences and services into one connected ecosystem,” Darren Taylor, senior vice president of SHARE Rewards and Customer Solutions, said in a statement.

The company said the launch reflects its continued investment in digital innovation and customer experience while strengthening connections between customers and its brands across multiple touchpoints.

Today, SHARE serves millions of members across the region and combines loyalty, payments, offers and discovery services within one platform.
