Dani Richa moves to non-executive chairman role at Impact BBDO

Dani Richa will transition from his role as Group Chairman and CEO of Impact BBDO to become Non-Executive Chairman, the agency announced on Thursday.

In his new role, Richa will support the agency’s long-term strategic direction and continue to champion its creative legacy across the region.

As part of the transition, Impact BBDO will align more closely with Omnicom Advertising’s regional and global structure, enabling clients to access integrated capabilities across creativity, media, data and commerce. Under the new arrangement, country CEOs in Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE will report directly to Cem Topcuoglu, CEO of Omnicom Advertising CEE & AME.

Richa has led Impact BBDO through a period of significant growth, helping establish it as one of the Middle East’s most awarded and respected agency networks while expanding its multidisciplinary capabilities across key markets.

Richa said the move reflects the agency’s continued evolution and deeper integration within Omnicom’s connected operating model.

Impact BBDO will continue to operate under its established brand within Omnicom Advertising, combining local market expertise with the resources and capabilities of the global network.
