Coca-Cola is expanding its beverage portfolio with a range of new flavors across Coca-Cola, Powerade, Mr. Pibb, Topo Chico and Fairlife, with the products set to roll out from early 2027.
The company is expected to showcase the new products at the National Association of Convenience Stores event in Las Vegas this week, as it looks to build on consumer interest in fruit-inspired and functional beverage options.
For its flagship Coca-Cola brand, the company will introduce Coca-Cola Cherry Lime in February 2027, followed by Coca-Cola Strawberry Float in the summer. Both flavors will be available in regular and zero-sugar variants. Cherry Lime builds on the existing Coca-Cola Cherry line, while Strawberry Float draws inspiration from the classic soda-and-ice-cream combination.
Coca-Cola is also expanding its zero-sugar offering under Powerade, with watermelon and lemon-lime variants planned for January 2027. Mr. Pibb will introduce Mr. Pibb Black-Current in the spring, alongside a limited-time berry-focused flavor.
Topo Chico will add Pineapple Coconut to its flavored sparkling mineral water range in February. The launch extends a portfolio that already includes flavors such as raspberry with lemon, passionfruit and tropical mango.
Meanwhile, Fairlife’s Core Power protein shake range will add banana and strawberry flavors in January. The launches mark the first new Core Power flavors in almost a decade. Both variants will contain 26 grams of protein, with the banana version also available in a 42-gram protein formulation.
Beyond the announced launches, Coca-Cola is testing prebiotic versions of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Sprite Zero Sugar and Fresca in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The trials are intended to gauge consumer interest in beverages positioned around prebiotic functionality.
The broader rollout reflects Coca-Cola’s strategy of extending established brands into new flavors and beverage propositions, while responding to demand for zero-sugar, functional and protein-focused products.
