Bold Influence, MAZ NEXA sign strategic partnership to offer integrated communications and digital solutions

Strategic communications advisory firm Bold Group subsidiary Bold Influence and MAZ NEXA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership aimed at delivering integrated communications and digital transformation solutions across Saudi Arabia, the wider region, and international markets.

The partnership seeks to combine strategic communications expertise with digital transformation and performance marketing capabilities to serve businesses and government entities. The collaboration comes amid rapid technological changes in the communications and marketing sectors and aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Under the non-exclusive agreement, the two companies will work together to develop an integrated framework for communications and digital services while contributing to the enhancement of local content and innovation.
