Aramex has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in four key markets after an independent employee survey found high levels of trust, pride and workplace engagement among its staff.
The logistics and transportation company said the recognition covers the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and India, based on feedback from employees about their workplace experience.
In the UAE, more than 2,100 employees participated in the survey, with 78% saying Aramex is a great place to work. The survey also found that 85% of respondents are proud of what the company accomplishes, 85% said they felt welcomed when they joined, 84% are proud to tell others they work at Aramex, and 89% consider it a physically safe place to work.
The certification, awarded by Great Place to Work®, is based entirely on employee feedback and assesses workplace culture across factors such as trust, pride and camaraderie.
The company said the findings reflect its efforts to foster an inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, supported and encouraged to develop professionally.
Chantal Schoombie, Chief HR Officer at Aramex, said: “At Aramex, our people are our greatest competitive advantage, and we believe that a great customer experience starts with a great employee experience. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our people and the culture we’ve built together. As we continue to grow across our markets, we remain committed to creating a workplace where people feel respected, empowered and supported to do their best work, grow and succeed.”
Aramex said the recognition reinforces its focus on maintaining a people-first culture as it continues to expand its operations across multiple markets.
