Yango Group has launched a new AI consulting service through its B2B technology arm, Yango Tech, aimed at helping enterprises and government organisations in the UAE move artificial intelligence initiatives from pilot stages to full-scale production deployment.

The company said the new service is designed to help organisations identify high-impact AI use cases, assess operational and business impact, and develop implementation roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.

The consulting offering also includes support for governance and responsible AI use, pre-pilot validation, integration of AI solutions into existing systems, and embedding AI into organisational workflows.

The launch comes amid growing efforts by organisations across the Gulf region to generate tangible returns from AI investments. Citing McKinsey’s 2025 research, Yango Group said 84 per cent of organisations in GCC countries have adopted AI in at least one business function. However, only 31 per cent have scaled AI use cases across operations, while just 11 per cent are classified as “AI value realizers.”

According to the company, many organisations continue to face challenges such as unclear return on investment, fragmented pilot projects, limited internal expertise, and operating models that are not ready for enterprise-wide AI adoption.

The service is targeted at large enterprises, holding companies, and government organisations operating in regulated and complex environments. It also includes executive and employee training programmes aimed at improving AI literacy and developing practical skills for working with AI-enabled systems and workflows.

Yango Tech develops technology solutions for businesses in sectors including retail, logistics, e-commerce, and enterprise services. The company focuses on artificial intelligence, automation, robotics, and data-driven technologies to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation.

Alexander Merkushev, Head of AI Projects at Yango Tech, said: “Many companies already have AI strategies and pilot projects, but a large share of these initiatives never reach production deployment or measurable business impact. In many cases, organisations need support not only in defining strategy, but also in executing it inside complex operational environments. Unlike traditional advisory models focused primarily on strategy development, Yango Tech supports organisations through the implementation stage. We work with clients from initial assessment to production launch and measures success through operational and business outcomes rather than strategy delivery alone.”

Yango Group also holds the Dubai AI Seal Tier S certification awarded by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence. The company said the certification recognises reliable, secure and impactful AI solutions, with Tier S representing the highest level of economic contribution and technological safety.
