Drinkit has launched its “Proud to Grow in the UAE” campaign, featuring local artists, UAE-based brands and regional ingredients as the coffee chain marks four years of operations in Dubai.
The campaign features original artwork by UAE-based artists Mariam Alobeidli, Raghad Murad, known as Waggish, and Hind Othman Alhammadi. The designs will appear on Drinkit’s app, in-store screens, packaging and merchandise, alongside a limited-edition print collectible.
The launch coincides with the UAE’s 55th anniversary, with the campaign highlighting Drinkit’s ties to the local community since opening its first Dubai outlet four years ago.
“Four years ago, we opened our first coffee shop in Dubai as an experiment. We didn’t know if this city needed Drinkit. Today we know it does, and this campaign is how we say thank you to the country, the community, and the talent that made it possible,” said Vitaliy Kolesnikov, CEO of Drinkit MENA.
As part of the campaign, Drinkit has introduced a limited-edition menu in partnership with UAE-based brands Camelicious and Mirzam Chocolate Makers.
The menu includes camel milk coffee drinks made with Camelicious milk and black forest honey, as well as hot chocolate beverages featuring Mirzam’s single-origin Indian bean-to-bar chocolate. Other offerings include saffron karak chocolate, a pistachio and camel milk espresso drink, and Yemen Shaia’an Village Filter Coffee and V60, made with beans grown by smallholder farmers.
Drinkit said the menu reflects growing interest in localised and speciality coffee offerings in the UAE, where the coffee market is valued at more than $3.2 billion.
The campaign menu is available at Drinkit stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Founded in 2016, Drinkit joined Dodo Brands in 2020 and has expanded to more than 250 coffee shops across the UAE, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Russia. Dodo Brands also operates and franchises Dodo Pizza in 28 countries.
