UAE-based developer BNW Developments has launched a new brand film titled “Curators of Fine Living,” marking a shift in its marketing strategy from showcasing property features to conveying the emotional experience of living in its spaces.

The film, produced with creative studio Filament, uses artificial intelligence to blend real and imagined visuals, moving between family moments, landscapes and abstract forms built around themes of light, horizon and connection.

“Architecture reaches its highest form when it creates room for life,” said Dr. Ankur Aggarwal, BNW’s chairman and founder, adding that the campaign reflects a commitment to spaces “designed not just to be admired but deeply lived.”

The company said the creative brief intentionally avoided conventional property-advertising language such as amenities and finishes, focusing instead on human moments including shared meals, childhood memories and companionship.

“We wanted to move beyond the conventional vocabulary of real estate advertising and express the life, emotion and intent behind the architecture,” said Swapnil Lal, BNW’s chief marketing officer.

Filament’s founder and CEO, Arshad Zaheer, said the studio used AI to move fluidly “between reality, memory and imagination while retaining one continuous emotional language,” built around the recurring idea of horizons, both physical and emotional.

BNW said it deliberately avoided framing the project as an “AI film,” with Lal saying technology was meant to remain “almost invisible” so the underlying idea could take precedence.

The film is being screened on Emirates’ inflight entertainment system, extending its reach to an international audience beyond the UAE.

The campaign is part of a broader shift by BNW toward lifestyle-driven brand storytelling, positioning curation — rather than a checklist of amenities — as its central differentiator in the luxury property market.
