Bayut has launched a new campaign, “Real Journeys with Bayut”, featuring personal accounts from users who have used the property platform to rent, buy or invest in real estate in the UAE.

The campaign features users sharing their experiences on camera without scripts, prepared talking points or pre-approved answers. It aims to offer audiences first-hand perspectives on different stages of the property journey.

The first two films, featuring Sarah Curtis and Mostafa Mourad, are now available, with more stories scheduled for release.

According to Bayut, the campaign is built around the idea that personal experiences can offer a more relatable perspective than conventional advertising, particularly in a property market where decisions involve significant financial commitments and individual priorities.

“Today’s audiences value authenticity and are increasingly drawn to experiences they can genuinely relate to. There is a distinct value in hearing directly from someone who has experienced the journey themselves, in their own words. The stories featured in this campaign are not scripted or shaped around predetermined messages; they are the personal experiences of real Bayut users who chose to share their journeys with us. That genuine connection is what makes these stories particularly meaningful, and we are proud to give our users a platform to tell them,” said Sahar Khan, VP of Marketing at Bayut.

One of the featured participants, Mostafa Mourad, spoke about how access to property information helped him make his decision.

“With Bayut, everything changed. I got access to real-time market data, transparent transaction histories, and accurate property estimates. It connected me directly with TruBrokers who helped me finalise my deal with complete peace of mind. With Bayut, I can decide with confidence.”

The campaign brings together users from different backgrounds who have approached the UAE property market for different reasons. Their accounts cover various aspects of renting, buying and investing, highlighting the range of experiences involved in property decisions.

Bayut said further films will be released as part of the campaign, continuing its focus on placing users and their personal experiences at the centre of the storytelling.
