Melt Media launches free marketing support programme for UAE businesses amid Gulf crisis

Melt Media, the digital arm of MELT Global, has launched a community solidarity initiative offering free marketing consulting and at-cost digital services to businesses across the UAE and the wider region as companies grapple with the economic impact of the ongoing regional crisis.

The initiative aims to help businesses affected by disruptions to trade, tourism, hospitality and consumer confidence by removing cost barriers to professional marketing support and crisis communication.

Launched by Melt Media CEO Claire Romano, the programme offers free 60-minute marketing consultations, digital audits, brand health checks and crisis communication strategy sessions. The company has also made its full suite of services available at production cost with zero agency margin for the duration of the crisis.

These services include social media management, media production, search engine optimisation, branding, influencer activation, paid advertising, talent acquisition, consulting and event amplification.

Romano said the initiative was intended as practical support rather than a commercial promotion.

“This is not a promotion. This is us showing up. The businesses of this region have built something real, and they deserve support that matches the scale of what they are facing. We are in a position to help, and we intend to. The UAE has always come back stronger — and we want to make sure every business is ready when it does.”

Oweis Zahran, Co-Founder of MELT Global, said supporting businesses during the downturn aligns with the company’s founding purpose.

Melt Media was launched in Dubai in February 2026 as the digital arm of MELT Global, a joint venture co-founded by global entertainment personality Steve Harvey, UAE entrepreneur and OWS Capital CEO Oweis Zahran, and Claire Romano. The agency focuses on helping brands, institutions and cultural platforms strengthen their digital ecosystems and extend their audience engagement beyond physical events.
