La Cure Gourmande says ‘merci’ to customers through the UrbanBuz digital loyalty platform

Local franchisee company Grey Gold LLC has partnered with customer engagement and loyalty platform UrbanBuz to launch its digital customer loyalty and engagement system called Merci (meaning thank you in French) for one of its international brands, La Cure Gourmande. The brand is best known for its gourmet handmade biscuits, caramels, chocolates, lollipops, and nougats packaged in signature boxes or collectible tins influenced by its home in South of France.  Merci has been implemented in all four of La Cure Gourmande’s UAE locations.

As the loyalty partner for La Cure Gourmand Dubai, UrbanBuz has digitized the customer engagement process through full integration with all customer touch points from the points of sale, website, Facebook page, and mobile applications, creating an omni-channel marketing setup for the company. The digital solutions provider is expanding its services to provide businesses with customer engagement solutions both online and offline.

The automated SMS communication to customers with their balance, following each transaction, has proved to be extremely efficient in a very short period of time since the launch of the program. “Many customers, including the tourists, have come back for more soon after receiving this communication,” says the press statement.

Owned by regional parent company Spadamco Holdings, Grey Gold LLC’s international brand, La Cure Gourmande, currently operates four branches in the UAE and has plans to expand.

La Cure Gourmande’s flagship store is located in The Dubai Mall; it has three other locations at The Beach, Mirdif City Centre and Abu Dhabi Mall.
