Dubai — MCN MENAT, part of the Omnicom network, along with its family of agencies across the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye (MENAT), has been recognised as one of the region’s Best Places to Work in 2025, securing Great Place to Work® certification across the UAE, Egypt and Qatar for the fourth consecutive year.
The recognition, based entirely on anonymous employee feedback, was awarded independently to each agency within the network. Certified agencies include FP7 McCann, MullenLowe, Commonwealth McCann, MRM, UM, Initiative, Magna, Acxiom, Jack Morton, Current Global and Weber Shandwick. Together, they contribute to a workplace culture focused on creativity, collaboration and talent development.
According to employee survey results, MCN agencies scored highly on indicators such as sense of belonging, camaraderie, trust, integrity, inclusive leadership and pride in the workplace, reinforcing the group’s long-standing emphasis on people-first values.
In addition to the Great Place to Work recognition, MCN MENAT received multiple honours at the Fast Company Middle East Awards 2025, including Most Innovative Company and Best Workplace. The awards acknowledged the network’s connected operating model and its learning and development initiatives under MCN Academy, which include programmes such as Harvard Business School Online, the Young Leaders Blueprint and the Accelerator Program. MCN agencies Weber Shandwick and FP7 McCann were also recognised in the Most Innovative Company in Advertising, PR, and Branding category.
The group’s purpose-driven work also received attention during the year. Campaigns such as Art of Stains for Unilever and Recipe for Change for Puck demonstrated how creative work rooted in purpose can deliver both regional relevance and global recognition. MCN has also partnered with organisations including The Economist, Fast Company, Arabian Travel Market and The Marketing Society to contribute to industry dialogue and proprietary research.
MCN MENAT was further named on Fast Company’s Brands That Matter list in the Family of Brands category, recognising its approach to growth that integrates purpose with business impact.
Commenting on the recognition, Ghassan Harfouche, Group CEO of MCN MENAT and President of McCann Worldgroup – APAC, said:
“Recognition that comes from both our people and our partners truly reinforces what we stand for: a culture built on deep trust, lasting impact and collective purpose. At MCN, we don’t just aim to be a great place to work – we aspire every day to be the partner that creates enduring growth for our clients and meaningful progress for our people. These accolades reflect that ambition in action.”
Ricarda Ruecker, Chief Talent Officer at MCN MENAT, added:
“We’ve always believed that when people feel seen, heard, and empowered, they do their best work. These recognitions reflect the culture we’ve intentionally built at MCN: one where diversity is championed, creativity is unlocked, and talent is trusted to lead.”
The group’s focus on talent development was further underlined when MCN MENAT’s talent team was named Talent Management Team of the Year at the Campaign Agency of the Year 2025 awards, reinforcing the network’s commitment to building sustainable, high-performing workplaces across the region.
