M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Middle East has appointed Scott Grayston as PR Director, strengthening its regional leadership across sport, culture, entertainment and major event communications.
The announcement was made on February 24, 2026, and follows the Group’s recent acquisition of DUNE | 23, as the agency expands its integrated communications practice in the region.
Grayston brings more than 12 years of experience in sports media and communications across the Middle East. His background spans editorial journalism, brand partnerships, content strategy and work on major international sporting events.
He joins from 160over90, where he led communications strategy for DP World and the DP World Tour. His work included integrated campaigns around flagship tournaments such as the DP World Tour Championship, Open de France and the Korea Championship.
Grayston also contributed to DP World’s ‘Second Life Container’ and ‘Beyond Boundaries’ initiatives, travelling to India, Kenya and Namibia to support grassroots sports development.
During his career, he has worked on projects linked to VISA and Mubadala, including campaigns around the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. His portfolio also includes work across Formula One, SailGP, Indian Premier League, International League T20 and the International Cricket Council.
Earlier in his career, Grayston worked as a multimedia journalist and editor for Sport360 and Worldwide Golf, where he interviewed leading athletes and produced feature content.
In his new role, Grayston will lead PR strategy and delivery for a growing client portfolio, working alongside Amanda Fox-Pryke, who oversees client operations and marcomms strategy at the agency.
Since joining in late October, he has contributed to PR campaigns for the Dubai Fitness Challenge, AC Milan Golf, SailGP, DP World Tour Championship, Al Haboob Camel Racing, the Supercopa de España and the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open 2026.
Lloyd McMillan, Managing Director, M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Middle East, said Scott brings a genuine depth of experience, credibility and relationships across the region’s sports and media ecosystem. “He understands the pace of culture here and how to turn brand activity into stories that earn attention. As our portfolio continues to grow and diversify across sports, culture and entertainment, Scott’s leadership will help us unlock even more impactful and meaningful work for our clients,” he added.
Scott Grayston said: “The GCC has been home for more than a decade, and this region is one of the most exciting places in the world right now for our industry. M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment has a clear vision and momentum, especially following the merger. I’m looking forward to working closely with our clients and partners to create work that resonates locally and travels globally.”
The appointment comes as the agency continues to expand its integrated marketing and communications offering in the Middle East as part of the wider Global M+C Saatchi network.
