Middle East communications firm Seven Media has expanded its international presence with the opening of a new hub office in London. The move marks the latest phase of the UAE-founded agency’s global push as it builds a wider network of partner relationships.
The company has named Jim Selman as Managing Director of its new international unit. Selman, who previously held senior roles at Freuds and Allison Worldwide, will be based in London. The agency said his multi-market experience and global partner network will support Seven’s efforts to scale its work beyond the Middle East.
Founder Matt Slater said the expansion reflects the growing demand for cross-border communications. “
We have always been very proud of the work we have done in telling UAE and GCC stories on the global stage, as well as delivering award-winning campaigns for international brands into our region,” he said. “With the appointment of Jim, the establishment of a London hub and a global network, we can activate important campaigns for leading organizations and brands across a wider geographic footprint better than ever before. We believe that 2026 is shaping up to be a monumental year for Seven.”
Seven Media, established in the UAE in 2010, works with public and private sector clients and global consumer brands. In recent years, it has expanded its services through the creation of Seven Studios and Seven Digital, offering video production, social media, influencer outreach and digital media capabilities.
Selman said London’s positioning makes it a strategic base for the agency’s international ambitions. “Seven Media’s decision to expand further on the international stage is a natural progression for an agency that has gone from strength to strength, working with some of the biggest brands both in the Middle East and across the globe,” he said. “As more and more organizations based in MENA expand globally and international companies enter the region, London has become the strategic gateway for a London-UAE axis that supports growth in both directions.”
