FP7 McCANN Riyadh has announced two senior leadership appointments as part of its efforts to strengthen strategic and creative capabilities amid growing client demand in Saudi Arabia.
The agency has named Rawad Eldahouk as Head of Strategy and Saadi Alkouatli as Executive Creative Director, moves it says reflect a continued focus on creativity as a driver of business growth and culturally grounded solutions for clients in the Kingdom.
The appointments come as FP7 McCANN Riyadh expands its client portfolio across sectors such as tourism, technology, entertainment, automotive, FMCG, and government-led Vision 2030 initiatives. The agency said the new leadership additions are aimed at supporting Saudi-led creativity while balancing global expertise with local relevance.
Saadi Alkouatli returns to the McCANN network, where he began his career on Madison Avenue in 1998. With over 25 years of experience across North America and the Middle East, his career includes roles at McCANN New York, Leo Burnett, TBWA, VML, VICE Media Group, and most recently Webedia Arabia. His work spans campaigns for brands such as the Saudi Tourism Authority, Zain Telecom, McDonald’s, and the Royal Commission for AlUla.
In his role as Executive Creative Director, Alkouatli will oversee the creative direction of key accounts including the Saudi Tourism Authority, Samsung, and PepsiCo, with a focus on ideas aligned with the Kingdom’s evolving cultural and business landscape.
Rawad Eldahouk brings more than 21 years of experience in strategic planning, advertising, and communications. Known for his work on brands such as stc, Roshn, SABB, flyNas, and Burger King, Eldahouk has received recognition from platforms including WARC, the Clio Awards, Effies, Dubai Lynx, and New York Festivals. He has also served as a juror for WARC MENA, Effies, D&AD, and Shots.
As Head of Strategy, Eldahouk will lead strategic planning across FP7 McCANN Riyadh’s client portfolio, focusing on brand positioning, market advantage, and long-term commercial growth aligned with Saudi Arabia’s ambitions.

Separately, FP7 McCANN also announced the promotion of Nick Salter to Regional Head of Strategy, citing the agency’s continued emphasis on insight-led and commercially grounded solutions across the region.
