Nathen Mazri is launching ‘Entergage mobilevision’ in 2017 out of Dubai. Mazri has interviewed over 1,000 marketing and brand directors and entertainment producers in the course of 16 months traveling around the world. Mazri’s aim was understanding the shift of attention from consumers’ point-of-view, and media shifting from traditional to new media.
The app will enable users to chat, shop and earn rewards while watching Mazri Pictures’ content, such as the in-production reality show The Brand Guru. Based in Dubai, the show will bring together twelve of the world’s most promising young marketers of different nationalities as they work together and battle against each other through a series of challenging marketing make-overs. The participants will be working with brand advisors on a zero budget and judged in a police investigation room-like by a focus group of consumers. The teams will have one day to scout the necessary resources in Dubai rallying among Dubai landmarks, streets, and malls. The Brand Guru will be shot in Dubai in partnership with Dubai Studio City and Dubai TV and Film Commission.
