TMW appoints Jasmin Kocur as Group Strategy Director to strengthen earned offering

TMW, part of Accenture Song, has appointed Jasmin Kocur as Group Strategy Director as it expands its earned-first capabilities.

Kocur joins from TBWA\Media Arts Lab and will co-lead TMW’s team of specialists across Social, Creator, PR and Community. She will work alongside Executive PR and Comms Director Chloe Mitchell, with both reporting to Dan Bowers, Chief Strategy Officer at TMW, part of Accenture Song.

She brings extensive experience in social strategy, multidisciplinary creative, creator engagement, content and campaign activation. Most recently, Kocur served as Interactive Strategy Director for Europe and the Middle East at TBWA\Media Arts Lab. Before that, she spent more than a decade at Digitas UK, working across social and creative strategy for agency and Publicis Groupe clients including Haleon, HPE, Bottega Veneta and Subway.

TMW said its team of earned specialists has grown significantly since becoming part of Accenture Song, reflecting increased client demand for integrated, earned-led campaigns that connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.

The agency has developed long-term partnerships with clients such as the UK Government, Canon and Logitech, while also supporting new clients from across Accenture Song’s portfolio.

TMW will also collaborate closely with Move Studio, its in-house production arm led by Millie Graham-Campbell, to deliver platform-native content at scale, supported by Accenture’s AI-driven creative technologies.
