Publicis Groupe Middle East has launched The Majlis of Possible, a new leadership platform aimed at convening regional and global leaders to discuss the forces shaping the future amid rapid economic, technological and societal change.
The initiative coincides with Publicis Groupe marking 100 years since its founding and reflects the company’s focus on transformation through collective thinking and cross-sector engagement.
Designed as an immersive leadership experience, The Majlis of Possible will bring together leaders from government and the private sector, along with voices from technology, creativity, media, culture, tourism, commerce and sport. The platform seeks to foster dialogue on the ideas, responsibilities and decisions influencing future growth in the region and beyond.
The initiative is anchored in Abu Dhabi, highlighting the capital’s role in long-term value creation, policy-making and cultural leadership, as well as its growing importance as a convergence point for public and private sector priorities. The inaugural edition of the Majlis will be held at Louvre Abu Dhabi, a venue that reflects the UAE’s cultural positioning and its ties with France.

The platform is supported by partners including G42, Microsoft, Snapchat, Adobe and Amazon, who are contributing to discussions focused on innovation and transformation across sectors.
Bassel Kakish, CEO of Publicis Groupe Middle East & Turkey, said, “For 100 years, Publicis Groupe has evolved by embracing change and by acting as an engine for transformation alongside our clients and partners. Today, that responsibility feels especially relevant in the Middle East, and in the UAE in particular, where transformation is unfolding at an unprecedented pace. The Majlis of Possible reflects how we are harnessing this moment, bringing leaders together in Abu Dhabi to engage on the ideas and decisions shaping the region’s future, and reinforcing our role in helping drive meaningful progress as the next chapter of growth takes shape.”
The name The Majlis of Possible draws from the traditional majlis as a space for gathering, dialogue and exchange, underlining the belief that progress emerges through listening, engagement and forward-looking conversations.
Publicis Groupe said the initiative is part of its broader effort to continue shaping the next phase of transformation in the Middle East and globally as it enters its second century.
