Zenith, the media agency under Publicis Groupe, has announced the appointment of Rawan Yaqub as Head of Zenith Saudi Arabia, reinforcing its strategic focus on talent, leadership, and local market depth as the Kingdom continues its rapid transformation.
With nearly two decades of experience across integrated, multi-market media, Rawan brings a strong combination of global insight and deep-rooted understanding of the Saudi market. She began her career at Publicis Groupe in Riyadh, where she built a strong foundation in strategic communications and media planning, giving her valuable experience with the Groupe’s operations and culture.
A graduate of the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), Rawan is certified across key digital platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, and Snapchat, reflecting her ongoing connection to the evolving media ecosystem.
Rawan is an excellent addition to the team, she brings valuable skills and a fresh perspective that will drive innovation and success. Her expertise and dedication position her perfectly to contribute to Publicis Media’s ongoing journey of growth in Saudi Arabia.
Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the Kingdom’s most prominent brands, including Almunajem, L’azurde, MANGO, KUDU, Blooming by AlNahdi, the Red Sea Film Festival, Misk Foundation, Masar Destination, Red Sea Global, and New Murabba. She currently serves as a jury member for the Effie Awards (2024 & 2025) and the MMA Global Awards.
In her new role, Rawan will lead Zenith’s strategic direction and growth in Saudi Arabia. Her remit includes expanding operations, strengthening client partnerships, and building a high-performing, future-ready team. Her leadership comes at a pivotal time, as brands in the Kingdom seek deeper, more agile, and locally grounded media solutions in line with Vision 2030.
Rawan is also a strong advocate for empowering women and youth. She currently serves on the advisory board of the Women Board of Directors, and Outside of work, Rawan is passionate about wellness and believes in maintaining balance to fuel creativity and focus.
This appointment strengthens Zenith’s position in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the agency delivers strategic, business-driven media solutions that are both globally competitive and locally relevant.
