The initiative marks a major step in building infrastructure around one of the UAE’s fastest-growing hospitality segments.
Short Stay Circle will launch its new membership program and comprehensive digital hub this December, aiming to strengthen the UAE’s growing community of short-term rental (STR) operators, hospitality founders, and service partners. Following a successful year of pilot events, the initiative marks a major step in building infrastructure around one of the country’s fastest-growing hospitality segments.
The membership program spans three tiers, beginning with an Individual Member category designed for STR professionals, Airbnb hosts, and property managers seeking industry insights, networking, and curated support. Registration is free, and the first 50 members will be entered into a draw for a luxury hotel stay, to be announced at the first Evening Connect event of 2026.
In parallel, the organization has opened applications for its Founding Trusted Partner membership, aimed at businesses powering the short-stay economy — from legal services and property maintenance to technology providers, guest experience platforms, fintech companies, and interior suppliers. Each partner will undergo a structured onboarding process to ensure alignment with the platform’s quality standards.
Also debuting in December is the Short Stay Circle Hub, a digital portal designed to serve as the community’s central ecosystem. The hub will host directories for members and partners, live perks and promotions, event updates, and a resource library, with expanded features planned throughout 2026. The platform aims to streamline collaboration across more than 20 service verticals.
The official launch will be marked by the year’s final Evening Connect event on November 27, hosted at Nas House. The gathering will introduce the membership model and platform to operators, founders, and brand partners.
Since its inception in June 2025, Short Stay Circle has brought together more than 200 professionals and facilitated over 20 brand collaborations, with participating businesses reporting an average 416% return on investment. The initiative is supported by regional players including Careem, Booking.com, Hero Experiences, and GuestReady.
The organization emphasized that trust remains the backbone of sustainable industry growth, with the new model designed to reinforce quality and transparency across the UAE’s expanding short-stay landscape.
