TishTash Communications celebrates the promotion of three exceptional women within its team, highlighting the agency's commitment to talent development and recognition of hard work and dedication.

TishTash Communications, an integrated PR and communications digital agency based out of the UAE has announced a new round of promotions. These women have been with the agency for as less as 2 years and managed to climb the ranks and earn well-deserved promotions, demonstrating their dedication and commitment to the agency and its clients.
Moushmi Bhatia has been promoted to Account Director after 2 and a half years with the agency, during which time she has managed some of the largest agency accounts and proven herself as a strong manager and mentor. In her new role, Moushmi will be responsible for overseeing clients including Watsons, Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle, Zoflora, Shoemart, Swiss Arabian Perfumes, and Pottery Barn. Commenting on her promotion, Bhatia said, "Excelling at TishTash has definitely been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career and I'm excited to embark on this new role. As I move forward, I do so with a team of inspirational women, who continue to offer endless support and encouragement. I can't wait to see what this year has in store and achieve great results for our clients, team, and agency!"
Zein Khalaf, who joined the agency in January 2022 as Account Executive, has been promoted to Junior Account Manager. In this role, Zein will continue to play a key role on agency flagship accounts including ASICS and Jones The Grocer. "Jumping into PR was something very exciting to me. I was grateful to learn from great leaders who have pushed me and still push me to always excel, keep learning, and be the best I can be,” said Khalaf.
Finally, Darshana Dinesh Kumar has been promoted to Senior Account Manager after 18 months with the agency. During her time at TishTash, Darshana has worked on flagship accounts including Watsons, Pan Emirates, and Lootah Perfumes. “During my time with TishTash, I have immensely learned, under the guidance of our wonder women - Natasha and Polly, who have had faith in me to execute some exceptional events and brand partnerships. I am so thrilled to now take on this new challenge and look forward to working with an extended team and clients,” added Kumar
