PacSis, promotional and digital marketing solutions company, has recently launched a tech platform in the UAE, providing brands a solution that allows consumer engagement for everyday goods. The platform aims to help consumer brands to create relationships with customers through a series of digital activations that ultimately focus on increasing sales. 

Pedro Guimarães, managing partner at PacSis, provided us with a more detailed explanation of the platform, saying, “These capabilities are run upon a proprietary modular web platform we have developed, highly customizable and fully tested, which guarantees our customers access to state-of-the-art and inexpensive solutions. This Platform is able to integrate other existing platforms or tools or it can also be used as an independent platform to launch a CRM Program.” He explains that the platform can be integrated either locally or globally through the consumers third party systems, and can be hosted either by PacSis or through their currently activated solutions or providers.

Some digital activations that the platform helps to facilitate are cash-back campaigns, which allow marketers to offer promotions to the consumer. Another example provided by Guimarães are “campaigns like contests and sweepstakes, digital coupons or e-vouchers, and those are all solutions that increase consumer activation and put the digital in the path of sales.”

When asked how the platform may change for users in the MENA region, Guimarães explains that “the platform doesn’t need to be modified for the region because it is a framework, like a skeleton. What we see consumers doing and engaging with is very much the same in the different markets in which we operate. Branded content, promotional activities, user generated content, and everything else are fully customizable to the specifics of the consumer and marketing needs of this part of the world.”
