Moufarrej will guide the agency through Saudi Arabia's transformational journey in line with Vision 2030.
Horizon Holdings appointed Nabil Moufarrej as its Managing Director to lead Al-Afak, its Riyadh operation, through the transformation of Saudi Arabia.
The agency had already hired a month ago its first Creative Director Michael Habre in Riyadh, who had already worked in partnership with Nabil in a previous similar role.
Moufarrej brings 26 years of communication expertise in the region. During his career, he has been known as an agile leader with a hybrid mindset, an innovation catalyst, and a firm believer in the digitization, datafication, and virtualization of creativity for the purpose of driving business results.
Tony Rouhana, Vice President of Saudi Arabia, said in a statement, “Having Nabil [as] part of our family will make us stronger and in [a] better position to lead and manage our ambitions. We’re excited to build the Riyadh office with Nabil and Michael to align with the 2030 vision of the Kingdom.”
