Geoana Hobeiche, CEO Lime Buzz, on what AI can and cannot do.
Geoana Hobeiche, CEO Lime Buzz, believes that AI “improves creativity and efficiency, providing insights, automation, and personalized experiences that were previously unthinkable.” Like many, she took steps to integrate the tool “into marketing strategies for data analysis, content generation, audience segmentation, and customer support automation, improving campaign outcomes.”
Apparently, she has also swayed customers into “analyzing data from their loyalty programs and purchase histories, we were able to tailor recommendations that boosted customer retention and saw a measurable lift in sales.” She is, however, very lucid as to what AI can and cannot do. “AI might give us data galore, but deciphering what clients actually want? Still an art form - and I think we’re safe there for a while yet!” The time-saving element seems to be central to her use of the tool. She concedes that “AI does save budget and time, especially by automating data-crunching and optimizing ad targeting. With AI taking over repetitive tasks, teams are freed to focus on creative strategy and innovation, stretching budget further.” Hobeiche, whereas she does admit that technology is inherently linked to freedom, is also cautiously optimistic about it. “AI, when used responsibly, unlocks creative freedom by handling the heavy lifting and simplifying decision-making. But just like with any powerful tool, freedom depends on keeping the “Big Brother” tendencies in check.” Still, Hobeiche firmly believes in old-time values, “because transparency and trust should never go out of style.”
