FP7 McCANN promotes Cynthia Sarkis to Regional Head of Creative Hub MENAT

FP7 McCANN has promoted Cynthia Sarkis to Regional Head of Creative Hub for the MENAT region, expanding her responsibilities to oversee the agency’s creative hub operations across Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, the company said.

In her new role, Sarkis will oversee systems and cross-market coordination aimed at helping teams deliver campaigns more efficiently and in line with client business objectives.

Sarkis has about 12 years of experience in advertising and communications and has worked across multiple markets, coordinating collaboration between creative, strategy, account management and production teams. She has managed operations for more than 40 international and local clients, focusing on workflow optimisation and resource planning to support creative output at scale.

At FP7 McCANN, Sarkis supports accounts including Mastercard, L’Oréal Paris and McDonald’s, working with multidisciplinary teams across the region.

Chief Executive Tarek Miknas said Sarkis had played a key role in strengthening the agency’s operating model and improving coordination across creative hubs.

“Cynthia has been central to how we deliver high-performing creative work – consistently and at speed,” Miknas said in a statement, adding that her promotion reflected the agency’s efforts to improve integration and performance across markets.

Sarkis said her focus would be on improving processes and coordination to support teams across the region.

“My focus is on building the conditions that help teams do their strongest work through clearer processes and better coordination across hubs,” she said.

Before joining FP7 McCANN, Sarkis began her career in Lebanon, working on campaigns for global brands including Visa, Rolex, Cadillac, Red Bull and NIVEA.

The promotion comes as FP7 McCANN strengthens its regional leadership structure across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.

The agency also promoted Nick Salter to Regional Head of Strategy and Ibrahim Hasan to Regional Head of Social. In Saudi Arabia, Saadi Alkouatli was named Executive Creative Director and Rawad Eldahouk Head of Strategy.

FP7 McCANN said the appointments were aimed at strengthening its strategic and operational capabilities across key markets as clients expand regional activities.
