I was overweight

I was not defeated

I am high energy

I am not shy

I shall be better tomorrow

I shall not be falling short today

I like it when people smile

I dislike it when people give up

My biggest ambition is to be a fire rare

My biggest worry is to think I don’t care

I am most proud of my hunger for better

I am a bit ashamed that I didn’t start earlier

Looking back, probably I should have helped more along the way

Looking back, probably I should not have forgotten to say hello to those who came my way

It all fell apart when I broke my hip

Things made sense when I began to recover
