Elias Chedid, Senior Manager – Performance, Hearts & Science #30under30
I was Someone who always dreamed big and believed that hard work and innovation could break barriers.
I was not Afraid to take risks.
I am Constantly learning and adapting to the ever-changing digital landscape.
I am not Someone who settles for "good enough".
I shall be A leader who inspires others to unlock their full.
I shall not be Complacent.
I like it when A strategy comes together and exceeds expectations, creating measurable impact.
I dislike it when Clients or teams don't take the time to understand the data behind decisions; numbers always tell a story.
My biggest ambition is To be a driving force in the evolution of digital marketing.
My biggest worry is That I might not always make enough time for the people and moments that matter most.
I am most proud of The way I’ve grown and evolved within the company, not only in terms of technical expertise but also in my ability to lead and inspire others.
I am a bit ashamed that I sometimes let my self-doubt get in the way of fully enjoying the moment, always thinking ahead rather than being present.
Looking back, probably I should have Trusted my instincts more in early career decisions.
Looking back, probably I should not have Been afraid to ask for help in the beginning; it would have accelerated my growth.
It all fell apart when I became too focused on the demands of work and neglected the importance of stepping back to recharge.
Things made sense when I began to realize that digital marketing is not just about pushing products — it’s about telling a compelling story through data and creativity.
Eventually things will Come together in a more seamless and strategic way as technology and human insight continue to evolve.
Eventually things will not Be the same. The digital world is always shifting.
Someone once advised me that “You’re not just managing campaigns, you’re managing change.”
I once advised someone that "Don’t be afraid of making mistakes; they’re the stepping stones to success in this industry."
If I had a superpower it would be The ability to travel through time.
My superpower in real life is My ability to connect with people on a deeper level, whether it's through shared experiences or simply being a good listener.
The word I use most is “100%.”
The word I dislike most is “Impossible”
This too shall pass & in the face of challenges; I remind myself that every setback is temporary and offers a chance for growth.
My most treasured passion is Spending time with my family and friends.
People should be more Open to change, innovation, and experimentation. It’s the only way to move forward.
People should be less Resistant to failure.
I wish to thank My parents, whose unwavering support and belief in me have shaped who I am today. Their love and guidance have been my foundation. I also want to thank my mentors, who’ve inspired me to think bigger, my incredible team for their collaboration and energy, and my clients for trusting me with their vision.
