Expanded rankings across networks, companies, and agencies set the benchmark for MENA.
Dubai Lynx, a platform for creative excellence and effectiveness, has published its annual Dubai Lynx Creativity Report. The report shines a light on the best creative work, as selected by Lynx Juries, and includes the expanded rankings for this year’s top-performing networks, agencies, and companies from the region.
Highlights from the 2024 rankings include Leo Burnett taking home Network of the Year for a second consecutive year. Leo Burnett, Dubai, won Agency of the Year also for a second consecutive year, followed by Impact BDDO, Dubai, in second place, moving up a place from 2023, and Saatchi & Saatchi ME, Dubai, in third place.
The themes covered include the following:
Emphasise emotion - reflective of the many awarded brands anchoring their work using positive and negative emotions.
Offbeat entertainment - showing how brands across MENA are grabbing the attention of their audiences in novel and entertaining ways.
The power of transformative design in breaking down barriers and reshaping societal norms was a recurrent theme.
Work this year also saw new approaches to wellbeing, with winning and shortlisted work displaying a range of ideas and approaches to people’s wellbeing with creativity and innovation at its core.
The report features exclusive interviews about how a piece of winning work was made, featuring the teams behind 'I See Coke' by VML, Dubai, 'Rumble' by Accenture Song, Dubai / Droga5, Part of Accenture Song, New York City, and 'ProtecTasbih' by Leo Burnett, Jeddah / Saatchi & Saatchi Middle East, Dubai.

The rankings are compiled using data from Lynx-winning and shortlisted work from 2024. The Dubai Lynx Creativity Report is powered by LIONS' intelligence platform, The Work, housing creative thinking with insights on how it was briefed, researched, produced, and crafted. The report shares analysis and insights from the winning work and lessons on how brands are growing businesses and tackling some of the region’s most challenging problems in innovative ways.
