As it expands its footprint across the region, DDB EMEA has partnered with Oman-based Jabreen Advertising.

Named Jabreen DDB, the Muscat-based agency brings with it a wealth of local and international experience. It is led by chairman and owner, Hatim Al Taie, who has been an active member of Oman’s media industry for over three decades. He is also the chairman of the Al Roya Group of Publications and a member of the Majlis A Shura.

The managing partners are Radha Mukherji, who serves as managing director and Francois Bourgoin who is the executive director creative. Mukherji, who has great expertise in planning and brand strategy, brings with her over 20 years of experience as the former head of DDB’s operations in Oman. Bourgoin is also a DDB veteran; most recently having worked as managing director of DDB Bahrain.

The role of chief digital officer is filled by Anshul Singhal, who was the managing director of Dynamis Digital, a digital marketing company based in Delhi, India.

Speaking at the partnership announcement, Hatim Al Taie said, “We are proud to announce the partnership between DDB Worldwide and Jabreen here in Oman. Our commitment to providing clients with highly skilled senior partners from a roving worldwide team means that we can offer rich local and international experience at an instant. Teams are no longer required to be located under one roof, but can be handpicked from the best talent in the region or beyond, and be able to deliver exactly what clients require. Our dynamic approach is a valuable asset in a competitive market “.

Affirming the new partnership between DDB EMEA and Jabreen, Glen Lomas, London-based DDB worldwide global business director and executive officer EMEA says, “It’s been a busy start for our new Jabreen DDB office, with a big client win already in the first few weeks. We see this success as recognition of the approach of the agency, which brings with it long-term DDB team experience from senior team members who have a proven commitment to creative and strategic excellence. Together with skilled partners in digital, PR and other services, Jabreen DDB is all set to offer clients seamless, integrated communication services and will have all the support of the DDB network.”
