Dubai-based communications agency, Cicero & Bernay (C&B) Public Relations, has launched its 2015 internship program for students from the UAE.
C&B works with several government, automotive, retail, publishing and real estate clients. Ross Bethell, director of strategy at C&B says in a press statement: “With training experience, lecturing and teaching, the launch of the C&B 2015 internship program is important to me on both a personal and professional level. I believe that the scheme is vital to support new starters in the industry by providing them with a learning platform that will help facilitate their transition into the real working world.”
The program has been designed to create better employment and career opportunities for students and recent graduates. The structured program will see interns working with C&B’s staff across clients and campaigns on a rotational basis.
C&B’s 2015 internship scheme is a tangible manifestation of its commitment to encourage young graduates to join the industry. Its overall aim is to build the interns’ confidence and professional competencies, and prepare them for a career in the Middle East’s communications industry.
