HAVAS Middle East has announced four key leadership promotions as it sharpens its focus on convergence, collaboration and cross-disciplinary growth, with a strategic emphasis on Saudi Arabia.
Alejandro Fischer has been named Chief Strategy Officer, Fabio Silveira has been appointed Chief Growth Officer, Carlos Nadal steps into the role of Managing Director for HAVAS Creative UAE and Oliver El Obeid takes on the title of Vice President – Human Resources.
The appointments come as the group continues to evolve into a fully integrated communications network across the region. Building on its Village model, HAVAS introduced the Converged.AI strategy and operating system last year to drive global collaboration by connecting talent, capabilities, platforms and expertise through data, technology and AI. The new leadership will accelerate this connected ecosystem across creative, media, PR, and commerce, driving unified strategies that deliver both business results and cultural relevance.
In his new role as Chief Strategy Officer, Alejandro Fischer will lead strategic planning across the HAVAS Middle East network, working closely with client leads and practice heads to deliver insight-led work rooted in local understanding. With a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and brand storytelling, Alejandro brings a disciplined yet creative approach to strategy that will guide the group’s next phase of growth.
Fabio Silveira, asChief Growth Officer, will drive the group’s integrated growth strategy across functions. His mandate includes identifying opportunities across the network with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia – a key market for HAVAS Middle East, and forging new client partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, developing talent and unlocking opportunities in the region’s evolving communications landscape.
Carlos Nadal has been appointed Managing Director of Havas Creative UAE. A key member of the Havas Village for over seven years, he has worked across creative, media and PR to deliver integrated solutions for a diverse client base. Known for his collaborative approach, Carlos will strengthen the link between the creative function and the wider Village, aligning talent and strategy to deliver unified, high-impact brand experiences and elevate creative standards in the UAE market.
Spearheading the group’s culture-first agenda, Oliver El Obeid takes on the role of Vice President – Human Resources. Oliver will lead capability building and people development across HAVAS Middle East, ensuring the group remains the employer of choice for top talent while fostering an environment of innovation and inclusion.
These appointments are a vital part of the group’s shift towards hyper-personalisation and human-led creativity under its global Converged.AI model. With meaningful ideas at the core, this approach combines HAVAS’ creative, media and production strengths with data, technology and AI to enable seamless collaboration, faster delivery and greater value for clients.
