Family fashion retailer Centrepoint launched a new 360-degree CSR campaign yesterday called “Family Clock” to bring families together, as a build up to World Family Day on March 15.
The activity is based on insights from proprietary survey results, which show that almost one in two people in this region spend less than an hour of quality time with their families each day. The survey also shows that 80 percent of people surveyed felt that they could commit to spending at least fifteen minutes more with their family each day.
Centrepoint has teamed up with opinion leaders from the sectors of family health, wellbeing and education to develop tips that will help families spend more time together. Each tip focuses on fifteen minutes at a time and can easily be extended for a longer period of time. These tips will be released every day, in the lead up to World Family Day. Centrepoint will then also call upon its social media community to try out these tips on World Family Day, and share their family pictures, using the hashtag #Family15.
