New CEO takes charges at RBBi

Digital marketing agency RBBi has appointed Caroline Dickin as its new CEO as part of its growth plans for 2018, which will be supported by other management changes.

The senior executive team supporting Dickin is comprised of Andrew Tonks as COO; Minesh Mistry as Head of business development and client services; and Naguib Toihiri, who has been promoted from head of SEO to head of marketing.

With more than 12 years’ experience in digital, Dickin will leverage her experience in managing market development in the UK and UAE to drive the digital business across the agency. She most recently held the position of managing director across the performance marketing & analytics division, where she drove a widespread digital transformation agenda across the UAE. In her new position, Dickin will be responsible for the continuous growth and development of the agency and will report directly to RBBi’s Board of Directors, which includes the company founders, Devesh Mistry and Amol Kadam.

Commenting on her new role, Dickin says, “As consumers continue to spend more of their time on digital media, it’s vital that businesses consolidate their digital efforts for cross-channel strategies to be successful in this market. I look forward to working more closely with the team at RBBi and to lay the foundation for continued digital excellence with a user-centric approach. It’s an exciting time for RBBi, and I welcome this opportunity to be part of its growth.”
