Ipsos Celebrates 30 Years in the MENA Region

Ipsos, the French multinational and number one research company in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), celebrated 30 years of growth and success in the region on October 1, 2018, under the Patronage of H.E the French Ambassador in Lebanon, Bruno Foucher, and at his residence in Beirut, La Résidence des Pins. The event took place in the presence of official figures, key players in the media industry, and members of Ipsos’ regional and global management teams.

The celebration shed light on the 30 years of the company, where guests were taken on a journey through words and videos, in a memorable event. Ipsos’ Founder and President, Didier Truchot, and CEO of Ipsos in MENA, Edouard Monin delivered keynote addresses, followed by a congratulatory word by French Ambassador in Lebanon, Mr. Foucher. He said,
“Today Ipsos in MENA celebrates its 30th anniversary through venturing into a new era of ‘Total Understanding’. Since the establishment of the company in the region, a collaboration founded on growth and avant-garde thinking has paved the way into 15 markets in the MENA region, that we are proud are part of the Ipsos family.”

“We are now venturing into a new era of Total Understanding, where the world is inter-connected, and research is embedded in every facet of life”, said Edouard Monin, CEO of Ipsos in MENA. “What has guided us over the past thirty years, are our core values of integrity, curiosity, collaboration, an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, and of course putting the client first. These Ipsos values will too lead us forward, into a new era of excellence”, he added.

Ipsos in the MENA region was founded in 1988 and currently operates in 15 countries around Middle East and North Africa, covering 20 countries in the region, through research activities. The company was founded in France in 1975 and has grown into a multinational research group, present in 89 countries and is among the top key industry players around the world.

Ipsos continues to release new services keeping up with consumer needs and further providing clients with resources and easier platforms to facilitate the business process.
